Where did the special request option go?: There are no special requests this season.

What if I need help with transportation?: We will not pair players for transportation purposes.

What if I can't transport to practices?: You may withdraw your player and request a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

What if I want a certain coach?: May the odds be forever in your favor during the team building process.

Can I request playing with a friend?: Nope.

What will the divisions be?: Divisions are created based on the number of players who register and their ages. We won't know this until we get closer to the start of the season.

What are the practice schedules?: We won't know until coaches select their practice schedule at the 06/01 coaches' meeting.

What time is practice?: Practice times are either 5:30pm - 6:30pm, 6;30pm - 7:30pm, or 7:30pm - 8:30pm depending on your coach's selection. Usually there are 2 practices a week. If you are concerned about practice times or locations, volunteering as a coach is the only way to create a schedule that works best for you!

Where are practices held?: Practices are held at Eatonville Elementary, Eatonville Middle School, Eatonville High School, Ron Curtis Memorial Field (Fraternal Order of Eagles), Holliday Park, and Weyerhaeuser Elementary. If you are concerned about practice times or locations, volunteering as a coach is the only way to create a schedule that works best for you!

Where are games?: Games are held at EES, EMS, EHS, Holliday Park, or Ron Curtis Memorial Field (Eagles). The division you play in determines your game fields.

When are games?: Games are on Tuesday and Wednesday nights.

When will I find out my player's team?: Coaches will contact their players after the coaches' meeting. It is common practice for EYSA that coaches reach out to their team's families the weekend before practices start. Do not fear! Our volunteers are doing the best they can and we are often putting the final touches on a season right up to practices beginning.

When will my player get their shirt?: Players will receive their jerseys by (and often on) the first game. Our volunteers do everything in their power to get jerseys out as soon as possible but the expectation is that they will be waiting for you at your first game. On the rare occurrence that jerseys will be late, we will communicate to the team 48 hours before the first game.

When is Picture Day?: Picture day for the 2025 Baseball season is scheduled for Tuesday, July 15th and Wednesday, July 16th (depending on when your game for that week is scheduled).
