How to sign up:

1.  If you don't already have one, create your own TeamSideline account by clicking HERE

If you were a former EYSA player, you must create your own TeamSideline account; you are not able to register from your parents' account.

2.  Register and enroll as a "volunteer" Don't worry, you'll get paid.  If you don't have a driver license/ID number, enter all x's in the space provided. 

3.  Compete the concussion certification quiz HERE.  This takes about 15-minutes.

4.  Complete the Sudden Cardiac Arrest information survey HERE This takes about 10-minutes.

5.  Hurry up and wait.

What Game Officials Do
Game officials are community members who help officiate EYSA sports, including soccer, baseball, softball, and basketball. Officials are paid, with rates varying by sport and role. High school students may choose to volunteer for community service credit instead of pay. Email Molly for details.

Expectations & Responsibilities
Game officials are trusted to:
• Know and enforce the rules of the game
• Maintain a professional, confident demeanor
• Manage pace of play
• Ensure safety of players and spectators
• Interact respectfully with coaches, parents, and teams
• Take full authority over the field/facility from 30 minutes before game time until the game ends

Scheduling & Attendance
• Officials report directly to the Director of Game Officials (DoGO).
• The DoGO handles all scheduling and communication.
• Officials must notify the DoGO if they cannot attend a scheduled game.
• Missing a game without notice may result in removal from future schedules.
• Before each game, the DoGO will confirm your assignment and ensure coverage.
