Scholarship Applications

EYSA Scholarship Program

EYSA scholarships help make youth sports accessible to children who may otherwise be unable to participate. Scholarship funds are limited and are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis during open registration.

Before You Apply
• Only a parent or legal guardian may submit an application.
• One scholarship covers one athlete for one sport.
• A new scholarship application is required for each season.
• Scholarship funds are subject to availability.
Eligibility Requirements
✓ Athlete must live in or attend school within the Eatonville School District.
✓ Athlete must commit to attending at least 80% of practices and games.
✓ Applicant may not be receiving another fee waiver or scholarship for the same registration.
✓ A family member must complete one volunteer hour for every $15 awarded. Volunteer hours must be completed by the final game of the season.

Volunteer opportunities may include fundraising, bake sales, coaching support, or other approved EYSA activities.

Financial Need Criteria

Applicants may demonstrate financial need by providing one or more of the following:

• Proof of state assistance, such as TANF, SSI, food assistance, or foster care benefits.
• A written recommendation from a school, social services agency, or community representative.
• Documentation of an immediate financial hardship.
Confidentiality

Information submitted with a scholarship application is used solely to determine eligibility and will remain confidential.
