Enrolling as a Coach or Team Parent

Thank You for Volunteering!

Follow the steps below to enroll as a Coach, Assistant Coach, or Team Parent for an EYSA program.

Volunteer Enrollment is $0

There is no registration fee to enroll as a Coach, Assistant Coach, or Team Parent. You must still complete the entire checkout process and place the $0 order for your enrollment to be submitted.

Start Your Enrollment
1. Go to the EYSA Website
2. Sign In
Click Sign In in the upper-right corner and log in to your TeamSideline account.
3. Select “Place Order”
From your account, click Place Order.
4. Choose the Enrollee
Select the person who will be volunteering from the Enrollee box.
5. Select “Volunteer”
In the Enrollment Type box, select Volunteer.
6. Select the Program & Offering
Choose the appropriate EYSA program and offering for the team you would like to volunteer with.
7. Choose Your Volunteer Role
Under Enrollment Selection, choose Coach, Assistant Coach, or Team Parent.
8. Add Your Enrollment
Click Add Enrollment. A confirmation message will appear showing that your enrollment has been added to your cart. Close the message using the X in the upper-right corner.
Complete Your Volunteer Requirements
9. Proceed to Checkout
Click Proceed to Checkout to continue your volunteer enrollment.
10. Complete the Required Information
Provide all information requested during registration, including any information required for your volunteer background check.
11. Review & Accept Required Agreements
Carefully review and complete all required EYSA acknowledgments, agreements, and safety requirements shown during registration.
12. Finish Your Enrollment
Complete the remaining registration screens and select Done when prompted.
Submit Your Enrollment
13. Complete the Checkout Screen
Complete any required checkout information. Your volunteer enrollment total should show $0.
14. Select “Place Order”
Click Place Order to submit your enrollment. Watch for the confirmation that your order has been successfully completed.
Volunteer Enrollment Complete!
